Delete your account

You can delete your RealtyPesa account and associated data at any time. This page explains how to do it from the app, and how to request deletion if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete from the app

Open the RealtyPesa app and log in with your registered mobile number.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Tap Account, then select Delete Account.
Confirm your mobile number when prompted, then tap Delete My Account.
You'll receive an SMS confirming your account and data have been scheduled for deletion.

Can't access the app?

If you've lost access to your device or registered mobile number, you can request deletion by emailing us. Please include your registered mobile number and, if possible, your full name as listed on your profile so we can verify your identity.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, all of the following is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems within 7 days. Nothing is retained.

Profile details (name, mobile number, photo)	Permanently deleted
Property, material & service listings you posted	Permanently deleted
Chat messages	Permanently deleted
Saved/favourited listings	Permanently deleted
Transaction & enquiry records	Permanently deleted

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data is erased from our systems — we do not retain any copy after deletion. Listings you've posted will be removed and any ongoing conversations with buyers, sellers or agents will end.
